Q. How your entrepreneurial journey started?

The journey starts in April 2012.  In 2012 Seeing the increasing digitalization and modernism in the country and the world, I saw an immense golden opportunity in the coming times in the CCTV and surveillance sector and this is where the journey of Coreprix began. And Today we are proud that we are playing an important role in the civil security of the country.

 

Q. What is the USP of Coreprix?

The biggest challenge in the electronic field is the burning of devices due to power fluctuations. By Doing R&D in products, we have controlled this largely and along with this .we have ensured our customers with 2 years burning covered guarantee in all COREPRIX products. And during the guarantee period, we promise to satisfy the customer by repairing/replacing the product within 72 working hours and we have been satisfying the customer for the last 10 years with our after sale service guarantee services.

 

Q. With so many players in the surveillance industry, how do you battle competition?

We do face competition from other players, but we monitor our products quality level with best services on regular basis as we are committed to deliver best results.

The increasing trust of our customers in us keeps us far ahead of the competition.

 

Q. What kind of difficulties do you see in CCTV security business today?

The increasing security awareness in the country and the administrative structure of the country which is very conscious and alert about security provides great strength to our business, so I don’t think that today we are facing any problem.

 

Q. What is your next plan for Indian market?

Keeping in view the increasing trend and demand of Artificial Intelligence AI in the market, the company is focusing on Artificial Intelligence based security products. Very soon, COREPRIX AI based surveillance products will be given to the Indian market.
